We at LCV Real Estate are proud to present our latest turnkey development: the D'Ieteren Mobility Center in Kontich!

The official opening of this state-of-the-art complex along Groeningenleiplaats took place in April. Here customers can now find all their brands and mobility solutions under one roof.

This milestone also marks the start of a large-scale rebranding of more than 25 branches along the Antwerp-Mechelen-Brussels axis. Previously known as part of mobility groups such as Auto Natie Group, these branches will now operate individually under the name D'Ieteren Mobility Center.

Due to the choice to build up on different floors, only one quarter of the surface area of ​​the total site is taken up, which means that 2,000 square meters of paved areas can be depaved. We were able to preserve approximately 90% of the trees that were on the terrain. In this project, great attention was paid to limiting and even improving the impact on nature as much as possible. With all these elements, the aim was to create a building that is both sustainable and efficient, and the completed building is the result.
