LCV Real Estate is pleased to announce the construction of this production facility of approximately 5,500 m² with associated finished offices of approximately 1,200 m², tailor-made for Technoform.

The factory building will be built to the highest standards of energy performance and sustainability and will serve as an example of how the industry can commit to environmentally conscious development and production. With a strong focus on minimizing carbon footprint and maximizing efficiency, the building will not only be a model for other businesses, but will also have a positive impact on the local economy and employment.

To sustainably meet Technoform's energy needs, the installation of solar panels is planned, which will produce more than 500,000 kWh of electricity per year. In addition, water reuse will be maximized by collecting rainwater in three reservoirs with a capacity of 20,000 liters each, equivalent to 12,000 toilet flushes. Outside, sustainable mobility is promoted by the construction of permeable footpaths and a green parking lot. The use of sustainable transport will be encouraged by providing bicycle parking and charging points for electric vehicles. The building will be equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting with motion sensors. Finally, green spaces will be created through the planting of 70 trees and regional vegetation, promoting biodiversity.
