The start of construction in Genk was celebrated

On Friday, December 15, the commercial “Kick-Off” event took place with great success for the new “Business Park Oosterring” in Genk, a new-build SME project in a unique visible location. LCV Real Estate is building its second business park in the province of Limburg, after Sint-Truiden “Ter Biest”. The weekend was well spent at this successful networking event with more than 50 attendees. The event is a first important milestone for the development of the park.

The project consists of three business buildings with a total of 23 units, ranging from 147m² to 556m² and one showroom of 600m². All units are offered for sale as well as for rent. In addition to a modern appearance, LCV Real Estate has ensured that the business park meets the highest standards in terms of sustainability. The buildings in Genk are designed using innovative technologies that not only reduce the ecological footprint, but also promote energy efficiency. Although only recently licensed, LCV is already quite advanced in the implementation of the first phase. Before the Christmas holidays, the roof will be on the first 10 SME units. This rapid execution highlights the developer's commitment to meeting the needs of its buyers/tenants efficiently and effectively.

During the Christmas Kick-off it was also announced that 8 of the 23 units have already been sold, despite the fact that commercialization has only just started. LCV Real Estate is pleased with the arrival of BLM, “Support Service Limburgs Mijngebied”, a company with great social added value for Genk. They will have their new base in this business park.
