Spaceplus won the award for best warehouse project 2023
SPACEPLUS West was honored as ‘Best Warehouse Project’ at the SEE Real Estate Awards 2023. Following the full lease of the first phase, LCV Real Estate and SPEEDWELL are proceeding with a second phase of 7,000 m².
SPACEPLUS West, the innovative development by LCV Real Estate and SPEEDWELL in Romania, has won the 'Best Warehouse Project' award of the year at the SEE Real Estate Awards 2023 Gala. This distinction from Europa Property confirms the innovative power of the concept and the strong position SPACEPLUS has rapidly built in the Romanian industrial real estate market. With SPACEPLUS, LCV Real Estate and SPEEDWELL introduce a flexible and high-quality real estate concept specifically tailored to the production and storage needs of small and medium-sized enterprises. The project offers Class A business units for light industry and logistics, allowing tenants to configure their units according to their own operational requirements. This recognition by the real estate sector is accompanied by a strong market response. The first phase of SPACEPLUS West, comprising approximately 3,000 m² of leasable area, is now fully leased. Second phase of SPACEPLUS West under construction
Building on the success of the first phase, LCV Real Estate and SPEEDWELL have commenced construction of the second phase of SPACEPLUS West. This expansion comprises approximately 7,000 m² of leasable area, bringing the total developed area to approximately 10,000 m². Completion is scheduled for the end of the year. SPACEPLUS West is located in Chitila, along the Bucharest ring road and just nine kilometers from the city center. Thanks to this strategic location, the business park is easily accessible and particularly suitable for companies involved in light manufacturing, storage, and logistics. The business units are modularly constructed and available from approximately 450 m². Further expansion with SPACEPLUS East
The development of the second phase in Chitila is part of a broader growth strategy. Due to strong market demand, land was also acquired in Popești-Leordeni for the realization of SPACEPLUS East. This second project is planned to have an area of approximately 8,000 m². With the 'Best Warehouse Project' award, the full occupancy of its first phase, and the further expansion of its concept, SPACEPLUS confirms its potential as a future-oriented business environment for SMEs in the Romanian market.
