The business park consists of eight modern SME units and an office space. The units range in area from approximately 207 m² to 536 m² and were designed to accommodate a variety of professional activities.

ATLR Architecten was responsible for a contemporary and cohesive design with a clear industrial identity. The different business spaces visually form a single entity, while each company has a recognizable and functional unit. The warm, bronze-colored facade panels give the business park a high-quality and distinctive appearance. They create a softer and more refined character than a traditional industrial building. The combination of clear volumes, large gates, and carefully detailed facades contributes to a representative working environment.

Business Park Stijn Streuvels was designed with attention to the efficient use of space and materials. The compact layout of the eight business units limits land use and allows for shared use of the internal infrastructure.
