Final Agreement for Makro-Metro Sites in Belgium
Today, LCV Real Estate, in partnership with Colruyt Group Real Estate, reached a final agreement with Metro Properties Holding for the complete acquisition of all former Makro-Metro sites in Belgium. This encompasses the 6 former Makro sites in Alleur, Deurne, Eke, Lodelinsart, Machelen, and Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, as well as the 5 former Metro sites in Antwerpen, Evergem, Namen, Sint-Katelijne-Waver, and Wevelgem.
These sites are strategically located with significant redevelopment potential. The total real estate portfolio spans over 750,000 m² of land, including nearly 160,000 m² of built-up area.
